Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatograph and Sephadex LH20 column chromatograph. Their structures were elucidated through their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis such as 1HNMR, 13CNMR and FTIR. Results: Eight pounds were isolated from Rhizophora stylosa, they were identified as βamyrin(1), Stigmasterol(2), Betulinic acid (3), Daucosterol(4), Rutin(5), DMannitol(6) and sixty Alkyne (7). Conclusion: Compounds (1),(2),(3),(6)and(7) were isolated from the plant for the first time. [Key words] Rhizophora stylosa。 Structure identification紅海欖(Rhizophora stylosa) 是紅樹科(Rhizophraceae)中的一種紅樹林植物,生長于熱帶和亞熱帶沿海潮間帶,具有解毒利咽,清熱利濕,涼血止血,斂肺止咳,澀腸止瀉等藥用功效,在東南亞沿海具有較長的藥用歷史[1]。從報道得知,紅海欖含有二萜、三萜、甾體、黃酮和生物堿等化合物[3]。其中化合物(1)、(2)、(3)、(6)和(7)為首次從該植物中分離得到。 紅海欖采自廣西北海合浦,并由中國科學(xué)院廣西桂林植物研究所黃定中高工鑒定為紅海欖(Rhizophora stylosa),樣品標本保存于桂林醫(yī)學(xué)院科學(xué)實驗中心。將葉石油醚萃取物( g)進行硅膠柱層析,用石油醚乙酸乙酯(10∶0→0∶10)進行梯度洗脫,所得到流分再反復(fù)硅膠柱層
