【正文】 整個(gè)模具生產(chǎn)過程看，卻沒有什么本質(zhì)的變化。模具CAM最初應(yīng)用于模具型腔等復(fù)雜形狀自動(dòng)加工的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助編制，后又逐步擴(kuò)展為工藝準(zhǔn)備和生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備過程中的許多功能，例如計(jì)算機(jī)輔助模具制造工藝過程的設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助模具生產(chǎn)管理等各方面的應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)的模具設(shè)計(jì)采用手工設(shè)計(jì)方法，工作繁瑣，模具設(shè)計(jì)所占工時(shí)約為模具總工時(shí)的20％左右，模具設(shè)計(jì)工作量大、周期長、任務(wù)急。根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)做法，一個(gè)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)過程總是分為設(shè)計(jì)與制造兩大部分。模具CAD/CAM技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，軟件，硬件水平的進(jìn)一步完善，為模具工業(yè)提供了強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持，為企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，制造和生產(chǎn)水平的發(fā)展帶來了質(zhì)的飛躍，已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)信息化，集成化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的最優(yōu)選擇。模具CAD/CAM是改造傳統(tǒng)模具生產(chǎn)方式的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，是一項(xiàng)高科技、高效益的系統(tǒng)工種。模具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的基礎(chǔ)工藝設(shè)備，是一種高附加值的高精密集型產(chǎn)品，也是高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的重要領(lǐng)域，其技術(shù)水平的高低已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國家制造業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志。 concurrent engineering。 integration。s Die CAD/CAM software application and development of the main shortings that exist to explore the future trends.
