世紀(jì)，隨著計算機(jī)科學(xué)的發(fā)展，數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)在 Inter 中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，為廣大網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶提供了更加周到和人性化的服務(wù)。個性化已逐漸成為當(dāng)今 Wed 應(yīng)用的潮流。本文闡述了如何構(gòu)造一個 B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)的房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)，對 B/S 結(jié)構(gòu)、JSP技術(shù)以及 SQL Server 原理進(jìn)行了較深入的論述。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對所應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行描述。本文在研究目前國內(nèi)外房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)情況的基礎(chǔ)上，從實(shí)際需求出發(fā)，采用當(dāng)前較為流行的 B/S（Browser/Server 瀏覽器/ 服務(wù)器）結(jié)構(gòu)和 JSP 動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁開發(fā)技術(shù)，基于 Windows XP Professional 操作系統(tǒng)和 SQL Server 2022 數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用 JSP 技術(shù)，設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個功能較為完善的房屋出租管理系統(tǒng)。重點(diǎn)對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程作了相應(yīng)描述，同時也對系統(tǒng)需要改進(jìn)的地方做了總結(jié)。通過對系統(tǒng)工作流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)需求分析，建立了系統(tǒng)的功能模型和數(shù)據(jù)流模型。后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫選用了
