【正文】 Supply Chain Manager匯報對象: 物流經(jīng)理Responsibilities :崗位職責(zé): Number of subordinates : 0下屬人數(shù): 0 Leadership style (for managers only) :領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格（僅就經(jīng)理之職）: Responsibilities: Must choose good suppliers to reduce the costs and the quality problems, must develop good relations and cooperation with the suppliers for every order.職責(zé): 為了降低成本，減少質(zhì)量問題，該職位承擔(dān)者必須選擇最佳的供應(yīng)商；為了更順利地完成每一份訂單，該職位承擔(dān)者必須與供應(yīng)商之間建立并保持良好地合作關(guān)系。Contents of the job:工作內(nèi)容:1. Select the appropriate suppliers, develop the relations with them :選擇合適的供應(yīng)商，開發(fā)與他們之間的關(guān)系； Search information on suppliers (network, remendation, exhibition, …)收集有關(guān)供應(yīng)商的相關(guān)信息（通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)、推薦、展會, …）； Make a parison between the suppliers, according to the payment and delivery methods, prices, time, reputation and quality.根據(jù)付款條件、交貨方式、價格、時間、信譽(yù)和質(zhì)量，對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行比較； Help the existing supplier to meet our requirements. If this supplier can not meet our requirements every time, we will choose a new supplier. If the existing supplier and a new supplier have the same advantages, our pany will continue with the existing supplier. 幫助現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商適應(yīng)我公司的采購要求；若某供應(yīng)商在滿足我公司采購要求方面總是不盡人意，我公司將選擇新的供應(yīng)商；在現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商和新的供應(yīng)商具有同等優(yōu)勢的情況下，則優(yōu)先考慮現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商；2. Negotiate longterm contract with the suppliers與供應(yīng)商磋商長期合同；3. Continuously check the quality of the supplier’s products in relation with the QC Manager.時不時地從質(zhì)檢經(jīng)理處了解貨物檢驗(yàn)信息，對供應(yīng)商交付的貨物進(jìn)行質(zhì)量追蹤。 Position holder :任職人認(rèn)為需要向直接主管提供的匯報如下:1. Report the basic information about the supplier: production capability, price, service, transportation, quality guarantee.供應(yīng)商的基本信息：產(chǎn)品的性能、價格、服務(wù)、運(yùn)輸、質(zhì)量保證；2. Report the business status of supplier (financial status, funds, …)供應(yīng)商的經(jīng)營狀況（財務(wù)狀況、資金, …）；3. Report the production schedule of the supplier for some important order and go to the supplier factory to do the follow up對一些極其重要的訂單的供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度進(jìn)行匯報，并親赴供應(yīng)商工廠進(jìn)行實(shí)地追蹤；4. Report market information about our industry (check information on internet and make parison)本行業(yè)的市場動態(tài)（核對英特網(wǎng)上的信息并進(jìn)行比較）。 warn the suppl
