The research results showed that when it’s tolerance was 50240 m3/h, and the consistence was mg/m3, the purification efficiency of the device could reach ％％，and it accorded with the dietetic demand about cooking fume purification of china.Keywords: cooking fume。 technology of cyclone烹飪油煙、汽車尾氣及噪音已經成為城市的三大公害。1 油煙凈化技術現狀目前，市場上的油煙機有脫排油煙機和油煙凈化機兩種。這種油煙機主要存在4方面的問題：（1）機型主要是扁方淺型，片面強調美觀，不符合空氣動力學原理，無法形成高效的負壓通道，油煙外溢現象嚴重，廚房內油煙濃度大大超標；（2）葉輪旋轉產生的慣性分離，效果較差，原因是葉輪旋轉產生的流場尚未發(fā)展成旋流場，油煙在期間的停留時間太短，來不及沉降分離；（3）由于煙油粘附性強，過濾介質很容易被堵塞而失去過濾作用；（4）污染的過濾介質無法循環(huán)再用，造成新的污染；葉輪與原油煙接觸，使用一段時間后，葉輪上粘滿煙油，清洗困難。癌癥等一些疾病的發(fā)病率居高不下，與廚房油煙不無關系[1]。表1 各種油煙處理技術性能比較油煙處理技術 油煙去除率/////%/% 壓力降/Pa投資 運行費用過濾法 75～80 100～500 小較大活性碳吸附法 75～80 100～500 大較大蜂窩式凈
