節(jié)省人力物力,提高效率。 學生公寓管理軟件,是以高校的管理方式為實例而設計的一種實用型管理系統(tǒng)。隨著學校寄宿人員的增多,公寓管理人員的負擔越來越重,為了讓所有公寓管理人員能從繁重的工作中 解脫出來,實現(xiàn)無紙化辦公;使工作更有條理,更方便,更有效率而開發(fā)出這套公寓管理軟件。它主要包括:公寓、住宿人員登記、值班老師記錄以及對學生住宿情況查詢,可以更快地了解到每個學生的住宿情況 ,使公寓的管理效率更高,做的更好! 關鍵 詞 : 管理 操作 檢查 ABSTRACT With the popularization and use of the puter, present management has been promoted much, more and more jobs have been done by puter. It namely changes the original artificial record management mode into puter39。s apartment . Student Apartment Management System is a utility management system based on the managing mode of many universities and and easyoperating are the greatest features of the system ,which is also applicable for enterprises of the same keepers bear a increasingly heavy burden because of the gradually added number of order to free apartment keepers from the heave work,and make the work more convienent and efficient. The apartment management system is developed. The system puterized all the processes concerning the apartment management which include apartment,dormitory distribution,roomer registration,santitation examination,and the query for apartment property,students39。 records and rooming situation.
