The systematic operation result proves , manpower resources development and administrative system that this text designs can satisfy the elementary information management , and the demand of the graduation project. .Key word:ACCESS2000,ASP, database, SQL, human resources development and management . 第一章 引 言 人力資源開發(fā)與管理系統(tǒng)簡介隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高,計算機科學(xué)日漸成熟,其強大的功能已為人們深刻認(rèn)識,它已進(jìn)入人類社會的各個領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。ASP在性能和效率方面優(yōu)于CGI、ISAPI，這主要源于它先進(jìn)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)，ASP直接建立于WEB服務(wù)器中，并且是作為WEB服務(wù)器的一個服務(wù)運行，支持多用戶，多線程。ASP擁有強有力的會話管理機制，它可以實現(xiàn)各請求之間的通信。而數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)是目前處理信息最完善的手段之一。數(shù)據(jù)庫中存儲的是結(jié)構(gòu)化的數(shù)據(jù)，就是說數(shù)據(jù)庫不僅要考慮記錄內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)項的聯(lián)系，還要考慮記錄之間的聯(lián)系。數(shù)據(jù)庫發(fā)展歷程中，最有影響的三種數(shù)據(jù)庫模型為： l 層次模型l 網(wǎng)狀模型l 關(guān)系模型它們之間的根本區(qū)別在于數(shù)據(jù)之間聯(lián)系的標(biāo)示方法不同。其中層次模型和網(wǎng)狀模型都是早期的數(shù)據(jù)模型，通常把它們叫做“格式化數(shù)據(jù)模型”。子結(jié)點可以有多個雙親結(jié)點。網(wǎng)狀模型
