All of these activities require a favorable legal environment to ensure its orderly conduct of view from the international civil and mercial exchanges, international investment, pensation trade, international leasing, marital behavior, inheritance of property relations, the law to circumvent the phenomenon more widespread evasion of law occupies an important position in international private law, the law to circumvent the problem of this topic is very urgent and very important study of private international law.Evasion of law is an important issue in international private law, now, more and more countries and regions for the human pursuit of legal justice, the value and dignified defenders of national legislation, through legislation or judicial practice of the law to circumvent be prohibited or restrictions. But whether fo legal circumvention is “all” invalid or “some” invalid, the country’s attitude is different. From the perspective of private international law, legal circumvention behavior, without a scienttific approach to, regardless of circumvention of the within the law of the land or foreign law, will distort the normal of the international civil and mercial exchanges between the relationship of the development, the law to circumvent the causes, current situation, the characteristics of and future development trends, a detailed study.
