After necessary preparation, the planning group began to analyze data and related circumstances in order to get what situation the city might be in. With one month’s hard work the group raised primary planning draft and made a midterm report in Shijiazhuang on 8th September during which related authorities and expert put forward many constructive suggestions. Based on those advices the members of group made further research to perfect the research, and reached final conclusions at the end of September.This planning research prises five parts: (1) Where is Shijiazhuang? Analyze Shijiazhuang’s current situation to make clear what role it plays in the region, what petences it has, and what problems it meets.
