text.The appraisal of enterprise petitiveness needs some reasonable and viable methods.We put forward adopting three appraisal methods,which are principal ponent analysisamp。最后,根據(jù)上述實證分析結(jié)果及競爭力數(shù)據(jù),筆者對目標評價企業(yè)的競爭力狀況進行了個寨分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,綜合三種方法的評價結(jié)果,得到企業(yè)競爭力最后的評價結(jié)果。5.企業(yè)競爭力評價的實證分析本章首先介紹實證分析所采用的研究樣本以及原始數(shù)據(jù)處理的方法。最后,筆者闡述利用KENDALL一致性檢驗法綜合運用三種方法的評價結(jié)果。本章在對現(xiàn)有企業(yè)競爭力評價方法探討的基礎(chǔ)上,提出采用主成分分析法、熵權(quán)法、加權(quán)平方和法這三種客觀賦權(quán)法對企業(yè)競爭力進行評價i同時為使評價結(jié)果更加客觀、科學(xué),筆者建議綜合運用上述方法的評價結(jié)果。4.企業(yè)競爭力評價方法研究這章是本文的重點。3.企業(yè)競爭力指標體系研究本章首先提出企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系設(shè)計應(yīng)遵循四個基本原則:目的性、全面性、可行性、通用性和發(fā)展性相結(jié)合。2.企業(yè)競爭力的來源探討企業(yè)競爭力的來源,研究哪些因素決定著企業(yè)競爭力,是勾勒企業(yè)潛在競爭力的前提,也是研究企業(yè)競爭力評價的前提。本章首先界定競爭、競爭力的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì);然后在借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對企業(yè)競爭力定義的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)本研究的定位和目的,提出企業(yè)競爭力的含義,并進一步分析企業(yè)競爭力的四個基本特征;最后對企業(yè)競爭力的層次進行分析,提出企業(yè)競爭力應(yīng)分為顯性競爭力和潛在競爭力兩個層次。鑒于以上原因,本文以企業(yè)競爭力評價為研究課題,遵循企業(yè)競爭力理論探討——評價指標體系設(shè)置——評價方法研究——評價的實證分析這一邏輯思路,將科學(xué)的數(shù)量經(jīng)濟學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法引入企業(yè)競爭力評價中,對企業(yè)競爭力評價展開系統(tǒng)綜合研究。而當(dāng)前較多學(xué)者的研究注重子企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系的探討,從企業(yè)競爭力理論、評價指標體系、評價方法三方面進行系統(tǒng)綜合研究的尚不多見。在這種態(tài)勢下,定位于企業(yè)競爭力評價,準確地界定企業(yè)競爭力,探討企業(yè)競爭力的來源,構(gòu)建切實可行的企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系和評價方法,對于我國企業(yè)改善管理工作、提高自身競爭能力具有十分重大的現(xiàn)實意義。而當(dāng)前我國企業(yè)競爭能力雖已有較大提高,但總體說來仍相對薄弱。武漢理工大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 要經(jīng)過20多年的改革開放,中國經(jīng)濟的市場化程度日益深化,競爭日益成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的主體環(huán)境;競爭力日益成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和前提。尤其是加入WTO后,我國企業(yè)在與國內(nèi)企業(yè)競爭的同時,還面臨著國際實力強大企業(yè)的挑戰(zhàn)。來自企業(yè)的信息反饋中,最為困擾企業(yè),也是企業(yè)最想獲得的就是競爭力。企業(yè)競爭力評價研究需要一個較為完善的理論體系框架。即便有少量對企業(yè)競爭力評價方法的研究,也呈現(xiàn)出兩類較為極端的現(xiàn)象:或者過于簡單,主觀性強:或者需要比較艱深的數(shù)學(xué)知識,可行性較差。本文內(nèi)容共分5部分,結(jié)構(gòu)如下:1.競爭、競爭力與企業(yè)競爭力研究企業(yè)競爭力評價首先要對企業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)涵有個清楚的認識。這種對企業(yè)競爭力層次的清楚的邏輯劃分,為下文全面評價企業(yè)競爭力提供了理論指導(dǎo)。本章在對波特競爭優(yōu)勢理論和企業(yè)核心能力理論關(guān)于企業(yè)競爭力來源的思想分析基礎(chǔ)上,從企業(yè)競爭行為實際出發(fā),提出企業(yè)管理、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、人力資本、企業(yè)文化這四個要素最終決定企業(yè)競爭力,并對這四個要素如何作用于企業(yè)競爭力進行了深入的分析。在以上原則指導(dǎo)下,根據(jù)企業(yè)競爭力評價應(yīng)從顯性競爭力評價和潛在競爭力評價兩方面展開的思想,分別設(shè)計了顯性競爭力指標和潛在競爭力指標。企業(yè)競爭力的評價需要借助科學(xué)合理、切實可行的評價方法。之后,文中詳盡地闡述了主成分分析法、熵權(quán)法、加權(quán)平方和法的基本原理和具體操作,并對三種方法的優(yōu)缺點進行了分析。文中創(chuàng)建的這一套科學(xué)、客觀、可操作性強的企業(yè)競爭力評價方法體系,對企業(yè)競爭力評價的實踐具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。其后,分別運用主成分分析法、熵權(quán)法、加權(quán)平方和法對國內(nèi)同行業(yè)十五家企業(yè)的競爭力進行了綜合評價,并采用KENDALL~致性檢驗法對三種方法所得的評價結(jié)果進行了檢驗,得出三種方法的評價結(jié)果具有一致性。接著筆者采用聚類分析對被評價企業(yè)的競爭力狀況進行分類,分類結(jié)果與競爭力最后的評價結(jié)果高度一致,從而驗證了本文提出的企業(yè)競爭力評價方法體系的可靠性。提出了提升該企業(yè)競爭能力的幾點措施.關(guān)鍵詞:企業(yè)競爭力 corpus environment for enterprise to exist and develop;Competitiveness increasingly bees the foundation and premise for enterprise to exist and develop.Particularly since China joined the WTO,Chinese enterprises have not only faced the petition with local enterprises,but also faced the challenge of the international enterprises.Although the petitiveness of our enterprises has already had a big exaltation,totally speaking,it is still weak.In the information back from enterprises,lack of enterprise petitiveness is the most puzzling thing.Under this kind of situation,it has important realistic meaning for our enterprises to improve management work and increase theirs petitiveness,which we accurately define enterprise petitiveness,study on the source of enterprise petitiveness,set up viable index system to appraise enterprise petitiveness,explore methods to appraise enterprise petitiveness.Studying on the appraisal of enterprise petitiveness needs a perfect theory system frame.But now many scholars stay around setting up the appraisal index system of enterprise petitiveness.It is not much seen that people synthetically study this subject from that three aspects,which contains the theories of enterprise petitiveness,the appraisal index system and appraisal methods.At the same time,the appraisal methods are simple,or need to use deep mathematics knowledge,which results in difficulty of actual application.Owing to the above reasons,this text study on the appraisal of enterprise petitiveness.We follow this logic way of thinking,which research from the theories of enterprise petitiveness,to the appraisal index system,to the appraisal methods and to empirical research.We introduce some scientific methods into the appraisal of enterprise petitiveness. There are five parts in the whole article,as following:1.Competition,Competitiveness and Enterprise CompetitivenessResearch on the appraisal of enterprise petitiveness firstly needs a distinct recognition of enterprise petitiveness.Firstly we define petition and petitiveness,and innate theirs character.Then,according to the research purpose,drawing lessons from the definition of enterprise petitiveness by domestic and international scholars,we bring up the meaning of enterprise ,we proceed to analyze characteristics of enterprise petitiveness and bring up that it should been divided into two levels:apparent petitiveness and latent petitiveness.This division for enterprises petitiveness provides theoretical direction for the appraisal of enterprise petitiveness.2.The Source of Enterprise CompetitivenessIt is the premise of delineating latent petitiveness and studying the appraisal of enterprise petitiveness,which we research
