鑒于啤酒污水自身的特性,啤酒污水不能直接排入水體,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),啤酒廠工業(yè)污水如不經(jīng)處理,每生產(chǎn) 100 噸啤酒所排放出的 BOD 值相當(dāng)于 14000人生活污水的 BOD值,懸浮固體 SS值相當(dāng)于 8000 人生活污水的 SS,其污染程度是相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重的,所以要對(duì)啤酒污水進(jìn)行一定的處理。具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益。 本設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程為: 啤酒污水 → 格柵 → 污水提升泵房 → 水力篩 → 調(diào)節(jié)池 → UASB 反應(yīng)器 → CASS池 → 處理水 該處理工藝具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊簡(jiǎn)潔,運(yùn)行控 制靈活,抗沖擊負(fù)荷,污泥量小等特點(diǎn)。 本文分析了啤酒生產(chǎn)中污水產(chǎn)生的環(huán)節(jié),污染物及主要污染來(lái)源,并從好氧、厭氧生物處理兩方面來(lái)考慮了污水治理工藝,提出了 UASB+CASS 的組合工藝流程。原污水中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)為: BOD濃度為 800mg/L ,COD濃度為 1400mg/L , SS濃度為 350mg/L, Ph=6~ 10 。北京理工大學(xué) I 啤酒廠污水處理工藝流程設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 啤酒工業(yè)在我國(guó)迅猛發(fā)展的同時(shí),排出了大量的啤酒污水,給環(huán)境造成了極大的威脅。啤酒污水處理廠的處理水量為 7000 dm/3 ,不考慮遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展。因該污水 BOD值較大 ,不經(jīng)處理會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成巨大污染,故要求處理后的排放水要嚴(yán)格達(dá)到國(guó)家二級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,即: BOD ≤ 20mg/L , COD ≤ 100 mg/L , SS ≤ 70mg/L , Ph=6~ 9??蓪⑽鬯?COD由 1400 mg/L
