【正文】 .......... 5 （三）學生管理不力，教學實驗組織困難 ......................... 5 （四）實驗教學不作硬性考核，缺乏教學動力 ..................... 5 三、 對于目前農(nóng)村學校物理實驗教學的建議 ...................... 6 （一）轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念 ........................................... 6 （二）改變儀器設備采購制度 ................................... 7 （三）科學管理教師資源，并增設專業(yè)實驗員 ..................... 7 （四）學校建立相應激勵制度 ................................... 7 參 考 文 獻 .................................................. 8 4 一、引言 物理學是以實驗為基礎的科學，實驗始終是研究物理學的重要方法；物理教學的目的，不僅僅是通過物理學習逐漸認識自然界物質(zhì)運動的規(guī)律和運動的本質(zhì)，還應從知識和技能的獲得中了解和掌握科學的思維方法。但目前在農(nóng)村的物理課程中，課程實驗并沒得到應有的重視和普及，本文將針對當前農(nóng)村物理教學在實驗方面的現(xiàn)狀進行探究，分析其中存在的問題及根據(jù)問題提出幾點建議。 （一） 教學觀念陳舊，實驗教學的積極性不高 在新課程改 革中，教師未能轉(zhuǎn)變 教學觀念 —— 由重教師“傳授”向重學生“發(fā)展”轉(zhuǎn)變，由重結果向重過程轉(zhuǎn)變，由單向信息傳遞向綜合互動轉(zhuǎn)變，由居高臨下向平等對話轉(zhuǎn)變。這是教師注重傳授知識的結果，沒有注重知識的演變過程，導致進行實驗教學的積極性不高，學生學習的積極性也相應降低。另外，教學設備陳舊，即使統(tǒng)一采購的設備，大多數(shù)質(zhì)量差，不能用或者得不出正確的實驗結果，達不到教學效果。 （三）學生管理不力，教學實驗組織困難 物理實驗需要學生在教師的引導下進行規(guī)范操作，但目前農(nóng)村學校普遍存在由于教師資源缺乏而造成的管理力度不足的問題。 （四）實驗教學不作硬性考核，缺乏教學動力 實驗教學并不在目前中考和高考的考試范圍內(nèi)，在物理考試中大多以手寫實驗步驟或結論的形式進行。 三、 對于目前農(nóng)村學校物理實驗教學的建議 針對當前農(nóng)村學校物理實驗教學存在的幾方面問題，結合幾間新課程改革優(yōu)秀學校的教學經(jīng)驗和筆者自身在學校進行實驗教學的實踐經(jīng)驗，現(xiàn)提出以下幾點建議。而學習不能單憑對理論知識的死記硬背進行吸收，而應主動提倡學生重 視知識獲取的過程，而非只對結論進行不問所以然的吸收。例如在物理電路教學中，通過進行“串、并聯(lián)電路的連接”教學實驗可以采用啟發(fā)式教學?！币龑W生利用已有實驗器材探究連接電路的探究實驗，然后在試驗過程中結合串并聯(lián)電路中電流電壓以及各用電器間的關系不斷地設置問題情景，引導學生不斷思考問題、解決問題，并從這 過程中得出串、并聯(lián)電路的特點，此后通過相應大的專題練習，進一步鞏固所學到的知識。建議由上一級鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府統(tǒng)一完善設備采購制度，學校可以自行定期申請采購儀器設備，不進行統(tǒng)一招標，對于采購后的儀器如有損壞或不能用的可退回換新，同時也增加了競爭性，提高儀器設備的質(zhì)量。 （四）學校建立相應激勵制度 針對目前教師對物理實驗教學主動性不足的問題，學?？蓢L試增設實驗課時，并每學期給予一定的實驗經(jīng)費。在學校內(nèi)部，學校中層管理干部多深入課堂，鼓勵教師開展實驗教學，長期保持后就能形成系統(tǒng)的教學方法。實驗教學是一個系統(tǒng)長期的過程，它是物理教學中的重要組成部分。 8 參 考 文 獻 [1] 陶洪 .物理實驗論 [M]廣西教育出版社 ,1996 年 [2] 廖伯琴 .物理教學探討 [J]物理教學探討雜志社 ,2022 年第 6 期 [3] 史唯文 .中學物理 [J]中學物理雜志社 ,2022 年第 4 期 [4] 李潔 .初中物理實驗教學在農(nóng)村學校的實施 [J].初中教師資網(wǎng)， 2022 年 8 月 9 請您刪除一下內(nèi)容， O(∩ _∩ )O 謝謝！??！ Many people have the same mixed feelings when planning a trip during Golden Week.
