【正文】 下所制備的竹基CMC為白色粉末狀物質(zhì)，其2%的水溶液，黃山學(xué)院化學(xué)系優(yōu)秀本科畢業(yè)論文低粘度竹基羧甲基纖維素的制備[摘要] 采用單因素實驗法，確定了竹基羧甲基纖維素的制備工藝條件。確定了低粘度竹基CMC的制備工藝條件：， 80%乙醇溶液，堿化溫度為30℃、堿化時間為45min、氫氧化鈉溶液的濃度為35%、 g， mL的乙醇中，醚化反應(yīng)溫度為60℃。s (37℃)。[關(guān)鍵詞] 堿化，醚化，竹纖維素微粉，竹基羧甲基纖維素Preparation of Low Bamboo Carboxymethyl Cellulose[Abstract] We use singlefactor test to set the preparation condition of bamboobased carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). We determine the preparation condition of the low viscosity bamboobased CMC: the amount of bamboo cellulose micropower (BCMP) is , adding 80% ethanol, alkalization temperature is 30 ℃, alkalization time of 45min, the dosage of sodium hydroxide is , the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 35% the dosage of chloroacetic acid is g, then dissolved chloroacetic acid in mL ethanol, the reaction temperature of the ether is 60℃. Prepared under these conditions, the bamboobased CMC is a white powdery substance, the degree of substitution is , the viscosity of the 2% solution is ? s (37 ℃).
