The explain, which is the most important, is the mould design flow and the programming of numerical control way. First, i will use to analyse the bases property of up_cover, arrange the work piece and then create the separable face. Secondly, the machine which use to inject will be ensure and check. After a several works, i will design the system of pouring, the construction of the mould, the demould facility, the cooling system...and the norm spare part. At last, the software() will be use to imitate the numerical control process, ensure the route of tool, the method to process and stimulate its procedures.
