In this study, first of all, dissolving a certain amount of pectin in pure water, and further using Ca2 +crosslinking pectin to obtain pectin calcium gel beads. On this basis, study the adsorption of pectin gel beads of calcium on the acid, and characterize the structure of the pectin gel beads’ plexus through the IR spectrum initially. Adsorption time, pectin concentration, Ca2 + concentration, microsphere size, temperature and acid concentration were measured on the adsorption characteristics and regenerative capacity of pectin gel beads is also measured.
