To keep the anesthesia equipments, monitoring instruments and drugs (including those for emergency use) in working order, and adequate supplies for all possible emergency procedures at hand. 5 第二節(jié)病人體格與精神方面的準(zhǔn)備 一、體格方面的準(zhǔn)備 1．改善病人的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況 2．糾正紊亂的生理功能與治療并存癥 3．及時(shí)停用在術(shù)前應(yīng)停用的藥物 4．嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行臨麻醉前的禁食、禁飲 5．其他的一般準(zhǔn)備（體位、腸道、膀胱） 6．對(duì)急癥手術(shù)病人的準(zhǔn)備 6 二、精神方面的準(zhǔn)備 ?解除病人對(duì)麻醉和手術(shù)的恐懼 、 顧慮 ?增強(qiáng)病人對(duì)戰(zhàn)勝疾病的信心 。 7 第三節(jié) 麻醉選擇的原則 總的原則是要在能夠滿足手術(shù)要求的前提下盡量選擇對(duì)病人最為有利的麻醉方法和藥物。 12 The objectives of premedication are to: anxiety and fear secretions. 3.
