安本 XXXX 班 完成 時(shí)間: 2020年 5 月 摘 要 通過(guò)對(duì)廣東火電臺(tái)山核電常規(guī)島施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的調(diào)查了解,材料的收集,將該項(xiàng)目施工活動(dòng)作業(yè)劃分后,利用所學(xué)知識(shí)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各個(gè)區(qū)域進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)有害因素辨識(shí),辨識(shí)出該建筑施工存在高處墜落、物體打擊、坍塌、機(jī)械傷害、起重傷害、觸電、火災(zāi)等常見的傷害事故類型。利用所學(xué)的危險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)找出的危險(xiǎn)有害因素進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)性分析,本文采用了 LEC 分析方法,從危險(xiǎn)有害因素的可能發(fā)生事故的可能性、人員暴露于危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境的頻繁程度、發(fā)生事故可能產(chǎn)生的后果三方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查并確認(rèn)其分值 ,最終確認(rèn)各個(gè)危險(xiǎn)有害因素的危險(xiǎn)級(jí)別。結(jié)合了該施工項(xiàng)目的安全生產(chǎn)制度,提出了安全生產(chǎn)的目標(biāo)來(lái)減少事故的發(fā)生,又制定了安全應(yīng)急方針,提高對(duì)突發(fā)事故的應(yīng)變能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 火電;基建施工;安全現(xiàn)狀;改進(jìn)措施 ABSTRACT After passing the fire station on the Taishan in Guangdong conventional island of nuclear power construction site investigation, the material collected will be divided active job using the knowledge of the various regions of the scene to identify hazardous and harmful factors , building construction field through several injuries type ( high Department fall against objects , collapse , mechanical injury , lifting injury, electric shock , fire ) to show the construction site dangerous and harmful factors exist , the use of risk assessment methods learned , to identify hazardous and harmful factors were analyzed , we use hazard analysis of the LEC , the possibility of an accident that may occur from dangerous and harmful factors , the frequency of personnel exposed to hazardous environments , the consequences of accidents that may arise in three areas to investigate and confirm the score , the final confirmation of the various dangerous and harmful factors level. And the results of the analysis presented by corrective measures . Production system that bines the safety of construction projects put forward the goal to reduce production safety accidents, emergency and safety guidelines developed to improve the resilience of unexpected incidents . Rectification through the dangerous and harmful factors , production safety objectives, safety emergency guidelines to ensure safe and orderly working of the construction project of the production areas.
