Article through mold material analysis and the formability analysis, mold burst pressure and intensive size calculation, so as to get a plete set of mould frame. Theory without practice, when the mould structure was determined, each piece of mould steel block material analysis and selection, process analysis was carried out on the processing die steel piece, assemblages of mould is analyzed, debugging a review and analysis of the mould. Finally pleted the mould assembling and debugging, has reached the requirement of customers, meet the demand of the market, the results tell us that the development of industry depends on the mould manufacturing and production, the mold can be mass production and can plete the plex precision industrial products, and a long service life, should not be damaged, easy maintenance.
