And then select the standard mould base and mould material and process parameters of injection machine related check. Finally, the paper expounds the working principle of mould, and the possible problems in the process of installation and debugging summary, analysis, and gives the corresponding solutions. This paper discusses on the mouse shell injection mold structure of junior type, namely the gating system setting and in different parts of parting surface of emergence, with one module and four cavities cavity layout, the use of push board parts will launch.
