Firstly the FPGA is a new type of integrated circuit, which has the characteristic of high rate, standardization, miniaturization, multifunction, the low consumption and unlimited repeated programming. Using it can shorten the period of time to plete a electronic system, shorten the development cycle, achieve rapid listed and reduce the cost. Secondly, using a puter keyboard to control the keyboards will certainly give a person with refreshing, moreover with the increasing popularity of puter, children contact and use the puter much earlier. They are more familiar with the keyboards than the electronic an .This has laid a well foundation for the promotion of the electronic an controlled by puter keyboard.
