In this paper the importance of construction project cost control, cost management throughout the whole process of project construction, construction project cost control for construction projects is an important part of the management work. In building the importance of engineering cost control, and points out that the construction project cost control throughout the whole process of the project should be, and points of the stage of the project construction cost control are discussed in this paper. Analyzes the construction unit of the project cost management in the implementation stage of the methods and measures. In order to strengthen the management of the project cost control, prevent construction stage and final accounts, avoid construction project investment budget is out of control, we must emphasize contract management, optimizing the construction anization design, strengthen project directly fee and engineering change control, and enhance the consciousness in the engineering construction, claim in the implementation of the project cost, the actual amount for the control within.
