Inter can provide for us abundant valueadded services, and also it holds tremendous information resources, thus greatly facilitating our convenient share and utilization of them. Though, Inter does have a big disadvantage of being unable to support host mobility, which leads to its inability to fulfill our dailyincreasing mobility requirements. With the quick pacing of technology, the industry monly holds a optimistic view on the ing integration between Inter and mobile munication. Mobile IP may positively exert its influence on this dramatic evolving process. More and more people wish to access to Inter anytime and anywhere, the traditional fixed access cannot meet this requirement, the emergence of Mobile IP makes the mobile Inter possible, Mobile IP is a mobile solution on the work layer. Due to mobile node connect the work to demand continuous switch. How to guarantee the low delay or even have no to sew switch and its safety in proceeding for
