【正文】 州市城區(qū)地方海事處作為處理轄區(qū)水上事故的職能部門，深感肩上責(zé)任重大，但面對目前較低的太湖搜救能力卻感到十分無奈。目前，規(guī)劃定點選址工作已完成 ，初步方案設(shè)計正在進(jìn)行之中。因此，太湖也是水上事故高發(fā)地區(qū)，輕則人身和船只遭受傷害，重則船毀人亡，嚴(yán)重地影響到了一方人民的安全，也會給建設(shè)和諧社會畫上不協(xié)調(diào)的音符。而且由于太湖水淺，平均水深僅 ，在大風(fēng)季節(jié)容易形成 “ 淺水波 ” 。 從古至今，太湖的水上養(yǎng)殖、捕撈、航運及水上旅游觀光事業(yè)十分發(fā)達(dá)。太湖沿岸入湖口眾多，可供船舶航行的航線包括太湖航線、蕪申線、蘇西線等在內(nèi)多達(dá) 15條，航程 200余公里。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 雙體搜救船，總布置，三維模型 ,型線，靜水力 華中科技大學(xué)文華學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 3 The Design of Catamaran Rescue Vessels Abstract The topic for the design of a 20m catamaran rescue vessels, the design of the main contents of the mainscale demonstration, the overall layout design, threedimensional modeling, model design, calibration stability, .
