Therefore,itisof greatsignificance toimprove the technology of safety protection facilities. In consideration of this case, Video monitoring system plays a more and more important role in daily life. With the continuous development of puter technology, embedded technology, video coding technology and wireless transmission technology, video monitoring system trends to wireless, intelligentization, digitization, and working. Wireless video transmission can take full advantage of works built on 3G, wireless LAN, etc. Wireless work can avoid the problems oflocations isolation,high cost in cable wiring, transmitting videostreams. Therefore,the research of a video monitoring system based on 3G wireless work transmission has extremely vital significance. Because of its mobility and no wiring ,the Wireless video monitoring system has practical application significance,inthe beacons video monitoring and management ,With the rapid development of 3G work, the problem such as speed, band width be gradually solved,then the system will be widely used in other prospects. To improve the safety and service performance quality ,the wireless video monitoring terminal system with 3G modules is designed to realize effective vehicle position, driving recording and remote video ,pickups,emergency button and vehicle display are used for data acquisition which is transferred to monitor center with 3G wireless module.
