The landfill gas collection and energy utilization project design document (PDD) as registered at UNFCCC. 本手冊(cè)內(nèi)容包括： PDD中規(guī)定的監(jiān)測(cè)方法及需要監(jiān)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)要求、項(xiàng)目 CDM 組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、計(jì)量?jī)x表的質(zhì)量控制與質(zhì)量保證辦法、以及 CDM 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的管理等，目標(biāo)是精確計(jì)量本項(xiàng)目所收集和減毀的甲烷量，以便聯(lián)合國(guó) CDM EB 指定的 DOE 在核定 的公司 項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生的CERs 指標(biāo)時(shí)提供真實(shí)準(zhǔn)確的依據(jù)。 This manual should be strictly carried out by Corp. of Shanghai BCCY New Power Industry Co., Ltd. during its operation and management of the landfill gas collection and utilization for power generation project. 一、 PDD 中規(guī)定的監(jiān)測(cè)方法及需要監(jiān)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)要求 Monitoring Methodology and Data Requirements for Monitoring as prescribed in PDD 根據(jù) ACM001 監(jiān)測(cè)方法學(xué)的規(guī)定， 需要加以確定的主要變量是 ： According to the requirements of Monitoring Methodology ACM001, The main variables that need to be determined are the quantity: ◇ 甲烷的實(shí)際收集量 the quantity of methane actually captured(MDproject,y), ◇ 火炬焚燒的沼氣流量 quantity of methane flared (MDflared,y), ◇ 發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā)電用沼氣流量 the quantity of methane used to generate electricity (MDelectricity,y), ◇ 沼氣中甲烷的濃度 the fraction of methane in the landfill gas ( WCH4) , ◇ 沼氣的比重 the landfill gas density ( DCH4, 通過壓力和溫度測(cè)量自動(dòng) ), ◇ 火炬燃燒效率 the flare efficiency (FE) ， ◇ 上網(wǎng)電量 the amount of electricity exported to the grid.
