Theft and/or pilferage。 3. Loss or damage for which the liability of the Shipowner or other party concerned is exempted by the Contract of Carriage. The Insured shall take delivery in good time and no claim shall be admitted unless survey shall have been applied for within 10 days after taking delivery in case of theft and/or pilferage and the Certificate of Nondelivery obtained from the party concerned in case of Nondelivery of entire package.
