第四條 合同價格
1. 在本合同生效后天內(nèi)，業(yè)主應(yīng)向承包商支付金額為 合同價格，作為承包商完成該工程并承擔(dān)本合同規(guī)定的所有義務(wù)的全部報酬。
3. 業(yè)主將從有關(guān)部門獲取為工廠建造、設(shè)備運行所必需的執(zhí)照和許可證，包括承包商雇員的工作許可證。
