【正文】 簽名后才能交供應(yīng)商或采購(gòu)。17〃倉(cāng)庫(kù)員保管的單據(jù)，帳本應(yīng)妥為保管，平時(shí)應(yīng)上鎖，節(jié)假日加封條。對(duì)于貨物的正常出入，倉(cāng)管員要按要求填寫各類單據(jù)，特別是放行條，無(wú)放行條的堅(jiān)決不準(zhǔn)帶貨物出倉(cāng)庫(kù)。14〃根據(jù)各類物品物資說(shuō)明書的保管要求，結(jié)合實(shí)際采取相應(yīng)的措施。13〃所有怕潮物品應(yīng)及時(shí)入庫(kù)上架（如辦公紙類）。11〃所有易碎器材，必須輕拿輕放，入庫(kù)上架時(shí)排列在明顯位置，以防壓、撞、打。9〃貨物出入倉(cāng)時(shí)，倉(cāng)管員應(yīng)依據(jù)，進(jìn)倉(cāng)單、提貨單核準(zhǔn)出入物品的名稱、批號(hào)、數(shù)量，準(zhǔn)確地收發(fā)貨，收發(fā)完畢后，應(yīng)立即填寫掛在貨堆上的貨卡并立即入帳。每一堆貨物都應(yīng)有帳。不準(zhǔn)在貨堆上行走、坐臥，也不準(zhǔn)在貨堆旁的通道坐、臥。督促裝卸工按指定堆位整齊疊位。6〃每周檢查一次庫(kù)房建筑物，發(fā)現(xiàn)漏雨、滲水等異常情況要及時(shí)報(bào)告。周末應(yīng)打掃庫(kù)內(nèi)天花板、墻壁的蜘蛛網(wǎng)，吸塵及抹窗玻璃。4〃每天打掃庫(kù)內(nèi)地面衛(wèi)生。2〃每天下班前對(duì)各庫(kù)區(qū)的門，窗等進(jìn)行檢查，確認(rèn)防火、防盜等方面確無(wú)隱患后才可離崗下班。（附《特殊情況進(jìn)出倉(cāng)庫(kù)表》）The other department need to enter into the warehouse if they have the special reasons , and they must go to the preventing damage department and register on To Pass In and Out under Special Condition , otherwise , and they do not enter into until the attendant signed on it.(Attached To Pass In and Out under Special Condition)倉(cāng)庫(kù)消防的管理Warehouse Fire Protection Management 1〃 倉(cāng)庫(kù)各主通道應(yīng)全部劃上2米或2米以上寬的黃色警戒線There are two meters or more than two meters yellow warning lines on all main alleyways of the 〃所有貨物的堆碼不能超過(guò)黃色警戒線，以保持各主通道的暢通無(wú)阻The stowage of all goods can not exceed the yellow waring lines for keeping clearing of all main 〃倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)所有的配電室、消防設(shè)施、配電柜消防通道下方地面全部劃上黃色斑馬線We must mark yellow zebra crossings in all switch rooms , fire protection establishments and the ground below the fire protection alleyways of distributing boxes of the 〃 所有劃有黃色斑馬線的地方，不允許堆碼貨物Forbit to pile up the goods in all places where marked the zebra 〃 消防噴淋系統(tǒng)正下方60CM內(nèi)不準(zhǔn)堆放貨物Forbit to pile up the goods within 60CM below the sprinkler systems of fire 〃 倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)貴重物品應(yīng)設(shè)置專門帶鎖小倉(cāng)庫(kù)，以防止貴重物品智丟失Should set up the small warehouse with locks for the precious goods in the warehouse for avoiding losing 〃 倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)易燃物品要單獨(dú)堆碼，不能混碼在一起The tinders must pile up separately and not intricately in the 〃 倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)所有貨品，必須按小分類進(jìn)行堆碼，不能直接堆碼在地上All goods must pile up according to the small classification , and not on the ground directly in the 〃倉(cāng)庫(kù)退貨區(qū)要每日清空，抽報(bào)損商品必須按《報(bào)損程序》進(jìn)行處理The sending back goods section of the warehouse must clear in every day , and the overstocked products as losses must be proceed accrding to Overstocked Products as Losses Procedure.10〃所有紙箱必須拆卸成紙板，并經(jīng)防損員認(rèn)真檢查后，方可拉入紙板房All cartons must be knocked down into the cardboards and then they can send into the cardboard rooms until the staffs of preventing damage checked 〃所有拉出的垃圾必須接受防損員的檢查，要檢查
