Through training, the knowledge and capability on biodiversity conservation of these personnel had been conspicuously improved. ? 2023年 9月，舉辦了中挪洞庭湖生物多樣性保護(hù)項目第一次國際研討會。 ? On September, 2023, Hunan Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau established the biodiversity conservation knowledge training class, the staff trained included the administrative personnel and specialized technical personnel from the environmental protection, agriculture, forestry and water conservancy departments in the Dongting Lake Area. ? 培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容包括我國生物多樣性國際公約的履約情況、生物多樣性保護(hù)中的國際合作以及國內(nèi)生物多樣性合作項目概況、長江中下游濕地以及洞庭湖濕地保護(hù)、生物多樣性及其保護(hù)，外來入侵物種識別、防治方法及相關(guān)管理能力以及生物多樣性保護(hù)、可持續(xù)利用以及發(fā)展跨部門職責(zé)等等。 ? Environmental Protection Department of Hunan Province anized leaders and experts of Agriculture, Forestry, Water resources, Commerce and Environmental Protection Departments to visit Norway twice from October, 2023 to May, 2023. ? 通過實地考察、研討交流，挪威對洞庭湖生物多樣性狀況及保護(hù)有了較為全面的認(rèn)識，我們對挪威環(huán)境保護(hù)的管理也有了較為全面的了解。 ? Output 3: Departmental Cooperation, Publicity and Education :Strengthen biodiversity conservation and environmental management awareness of local governments and the public through various publicity activities and other related cooperations of projects. 項目實際產(chǎn)出 actual output of project 實地考察 Field trip and learning ? 2023年 6月 2023年 9月，挪威環(huán)境部、自然資源管理局先后三次深入到長沙市農(nóng)村、洞庭湖區(qū)域進(jìn)行實地考察。 ? Output 1: Training and Visits:Continuously enhance munication skills among departments and biodiversity conservation functions through these trainings. ? 產(chǎn)出 2: 研討會和部門協(xié)調(diào)會 ： 通過國際研討會和各種部門會議不斷地提高有關(guān)生物多樣性保護(hù)管理職能方面的知識。 ? The project is led by Provincial Environmental Protection Department, participated by provincial Agriculture Department, Forestry Department ， Water resources Department and Commerce Department. ? 成立了項目實施領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，由各部門分管的廳長擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組成員，省環(huán)保廳成立了項目秘書處，配備了 3名工作人員，負(fù)責(zé)項目的日常管理工作。 ? Objective: To strengthen the department functions in the Dongting Lake Ecological Function Area and promote horizontal cooperation. 項目組織 Project anization ? 湖南省高度重視中挪項目的實施。 ?
