【正文】 婚假、喪假、產(chǎn)假。.. . . ..學(xué)習(xí)參考 The EMPLOYEE shall have the right to refuse to carry out any dangerous operation forced upon him/her by management personnel in violation of the relevant regulations.若該員工的上級主管違反相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，要求其從事危險性工作，該員工有權(quán)拒絕。 HYGIENE第十一條：勞動安全及勞動衛(wèi)生保障 The COMPANY will establish a sound labour safety and hygiene facilities and shall strictly implement rules and standards of labour safety and hygiene of the People’s Republic of China, conduct labour safety and hygiene education, prevent accidents and reduce occupational hazards.本公司將建立一套合理的勞動安全衛(wèi)生保護措施，嚴(yán)格落實中華人民共和國勞動安全衛(wèi)生制度和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，開展勞動安全衛(wèi)生教育，防止事故發(fā)生，減少職業(yè)病危害。若該員工無法或拒絕提供病假條或提供虛假信息，將被視為嚴(yán)重過失。 If the EMPLOYEE is absent for more than one (1) week he/she must ensure that the Chief Executive Officer are kept informed of the progress at weekly intervals.若該員工的病假超過一周，該員工必須每周向首席執(zhí)行官報告其病情狀況。若該員工的休假超過兩(2)天，則需經(jīng)本公司首席執(zhí)行官允許，且應(yīng)在休假前將“休假申請表”提交至行政經(jīng)理、人力資源部經(jīng)理或直屬上級經(jīng)理以供審核及存檔。 INJURY LEAVE第十條： 病假及傷假 The EMPLOYEE will be entitled to sickness and injury leaves in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.該員工有權(quán)根據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)享受病假及傷假。 The EMPLOYEE has the right to appeal against written warnings or dismissal to the Labour Dispute Committee if any.該員工有權(quán)針對其受到的書面警告或開除決定向勞動爭議委員會提出申訴(如需)。 The EMPLOYEE must respect and execute any and all formal instructions given to him/her regarding the duties and responsibilities of his/her tasks of work... . . ..學(xué)習(xí)參考該員工須遵守并執(zhí)行一切與其工作職責(zé)有關(guān)的正式指令。 and只能在法定休假和雙休日進行的設(shè)備檢修與維護；e. Emergency operation assignment concerning national defence.由于國防原因需要采取緊急措施。由于發(fā)生自然災(zāi)害、事故或其它危及該員工生命、健康、財產(chǎn)及安全的事件，必須采取緊急措施；b. Urgent repair which must be carried out in case of breaking down of operation equipment, munication, transportation and other facilities which will endanger COMPANY business or public interest。The COMPANY pays the EMPLOYEE 300 percent of the salary, based on an hourly amount according to Article 4, hereto for working during official public holidays.若需要員工在法定節(jié)假日加班，公司將根據(jù)本合同第 4 條中所列工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計算出該員工的每小時工資，并按照每小時工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 3 倍支付加班工資。 Subject to the operation needs the COMPANY may adopt irregular working hour system or calculate the working hours on synthetic basis.根據(jù)實際工作需要，本公司可能采用不規(guī)則時間工作制或依照綜合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計算工作時間。The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM with a one (1) hour for lunch that may vary in time so as to have at least one staff member in the office during lunch time.工作時間從周一至周五，每天上午 9 點至下午 6 點，午餐時間為一個小時。ARTICLE 7: TRAINING第七條：培訓(xùn) The COMPANY will establish an EMPLOYEE training system and provide necessary training to the EMPLOYEE in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and as the COMPANY needs... . . ..學(xué)習(xí)參考本公司將依照中華人民共和國有關(guān)法律法規(guī)及公司需求，為該員工設(shè)計一套培訓(xùn)體系，向該員工提供必要的培訓(xùn)。ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL INCOME TAX第六條：個人所得稅 The EMPLOYEE shall pay individual ine tax in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. The COMPANY shall withhold such amount and pay it to the petent tax bureau.該員工須 按照中華人民共和國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)繳納個人所得稅。 BONUS 第五條：獎金及分紅 At the full discretion of the Chairman and based upon his/her general attitude and the result of his/her work and fulfilment of his/her objectives detailed with his/her manager and at the beginning of each calendar year the EMPLOYEE will be entitled to an annual bonus not exceeding one (1) month of salary and shall be paid to the EMPLOYEE for each full calendar year which the EMPLOYEE works for the COMPANY in two (2) instalments the following year.經(jīng)本公司董事長同意，并且根據(jù)該員工的工作態(tài)度、工作成果及其上級主管規(guī)定之工作目標(biāo)的完成狀況，該員工將有權(quán)在每個公歷年初享受年終獎金（獎金總額不超過該員工的月工資）。 salary shall be transferred to the bank account designated by the EMPLOYEE between the third and fifth day of each month... . . ..學(xué)習(xí)參考上述工資將于每月 3 號至 5 號期間匯入該員工所指定的銀行賬戶。本公司保證該員工的月工資將不低于當(dāng)?shù)卣?guī)定的最低工資。只有在合同雙方簽署書面協(xié)議后，續(xù)簽的合同方能生效。ARTICLE 3: DURATION OF THE CONTRACT第三條：合同期限 The duration of this CONTRACT is twentyfour (27) months.本合同期限為 27 個月。在試用期間，該員工受本合同全部條款所約束。 TASKS OF WORK第一條：職務(wù)及工作職責(zé).
