Leave day on instance handling capacity of 4000 ton of son cloths process and print and dye wastewater, the dyestuffs used, for being indigo with sulpHurating darkly mainly. Design instance adopt print and dye model of the wastewater punish the craft: Method that hydrolize acid take + living beings exposed to and oxidize + mix and congeal and precipitate .Wastewater by hydrolytic of 4000m3 / d of dyeing acidification and contact oxidation process, the hydrolysis by water acidification, the degradable polymer material into smaller molecules, thereby improving the biodegradability of wastewater, for the creation of contact oxidation conditions. Body used in the design of carbon microelectrolysis of iron hydrolysis acidification and a bination of biological contact oxidation process, the regulation pool, grit chamber, the body of carbon microelectrolysis of iron towers, hydrolysis acidification tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, etc. sort and specifications for design and calculation. With this design, wastewater biofilm can be achieved good results and stable handling, CODCr removal rate above 85%.
