【正文】 ctions.第三條 費(fèi)用Article 3 fees and expenses甲方應(yīng)按照雙方約定的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（見(jiàn)附錄二）和支付方式向乙方支付船舶污染清除協(xié)議費(fèi)用，用于應(yīng)急防備的合理支 出。4. Party B shall, when concluding this Agreement, provide Party A with a Chinese and/or English version of the Pollution Response Operation Plan formulated by Party B.協(xié)議船舶發(fā)生污染事故時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)在甲方的組織下開(kāi)展污染控制和清除行動(dòng)。接到甲方協(xié)議船舶駛離 服務(wù)區(qū)域的通知后，乙方可取消待命。1. Party B shall possess relevant qualification approved byMaritime Safety Administration (MSA), and maintains its corresponding capability of pollution response.乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)書(shū)面確認(rèn)已收到甲方按照第一條第一款約定提供的協(xié)議船舶的基本信息和動(dòng)態(tài)信息，并按照雙方約定的時(shí)間、 方式和內(nèi)容將乙方應(yīng)急待命的相關(guān)信息告知甲方。甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)在行動(dòng)結(jié)束后，配合乙 方開(kāi)展污染清除行動(dòng)評(píng)估。2. Party A shall keep this Agreement onboard the agreed ships, and make sure that relevant staffs onboard the ships are familiar with the contents of this Agreement and the contents of Pollution Response Operation Plan formulated by Party B.甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)配合乙方按照《細(xì)則》規(guī)定開(kāi)展船舶污染應(yīng)急演練。甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)書(shū)面確 認(rèn)已收到乙方按照本協(xié)議第二條第二款提供的應(yīng)急待命相關(guān)信 息。In accordance with relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Marine Environment Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Administration of the Prevention and Control of Marine Environment Pollution from Ships(hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”), the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Emergency Preparedness and Response on Marine Environment Pollution from Ships (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”) and the Detailed Rules of Maritime Safety Administration of the People’s Republic of China on the Implementation of the Administration Regime of Agreement for Ship Pollution Response (hereinafter referred to as “the Detailed Rules”) and other laws and regulations, Party A and Party B agree to reach the following agreement after equal consultation and on the basis of truthfully and/or pletely expressing respective intentions, and the said agreement shall be abided by both Party A and Party B.第一條 甲方的權(quán)利義務(wù)Article 1 Rights and Obligations of Party A甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)向乙方提供本協(xié)議框架下接受服務(wù)船舶（以下 簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)協(xié)議船舶，見(jiàn)附錄一）的基本信息，并按照雙方約定方式和 內(nèi)容，在協(xié)議船舶進(jìn)入乙方服務(wù)區(qū)域前的 天內(nèi)，向乙方 提供船舶有關(guān)動(dòng)態(tài)信息。 the seventh to tenth represents the year in which the Agreement is concluded。 the third number represents the qualification level of the ship pollution response organization, 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively represents level1, level2, level3 and level4。 各直屬海事局代碼分別為：遼寧局 01，天津局 02，河北局03，山東局 04，江蘇局 05，福建局 06，上海局 07，浙江局 08，廣東局 09，深圳局 10，廣西局 11，海南局 12。對(duì)于雙方選擇的，在中括號(hào)以 劃√方式選定，或者在空格中填寫(xiě)；對(duì)于雙方不選擇的，應(yīng)在中 括號(hào)或空格部位打，以示刪除。本協(xié)議的簽訂不得影響甲乙雙方根據(jù)有關(guān) 法律、法規(guī)和規(guī)章的規(guī)定所享有的包括責(zé)任限制等在內(nèi)的權(quán)利以 及應(yīng)承擔(dān)的義務(wù)。2.
