【正文】 本文的主要工作 本文就 技工院校學生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng) 進行了 設計和實現(xiàn)。從總體上看，國內(nèi)三十余所國家示范性技工院校都在不同程度上圍繞著學生就業(yè)工作做了一些信息化工作，但是這些工作絕大多數(shù)還停留在比較表面的工作，如就業(yè)信息、就業(yè)指導、政策法規(guī)、就業(yè)問答、企業(yè)信息等，而且多數(shù)技工院校的就業(yè)工作并沒有專用系統(tǒng)的支持。具體匯總?cè)绫?11 所示。一個先進的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)應該適應這種潮流，向更多的用人單位和各職業(yè)中介開放自己的信息，這樣既可以為畢業(yè)生提供更多的機會，又節(jié)省自身維護系統(tǒng)的成本，是一個必然的發(fā)展方向。畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)反映了畢業(yè)生 山東大學碩士學位論文 5 與企業(yè)的供求關系。而對于企業(yè)更關心的職業(yè)素質(zhì)（如溝通能力、合作能力等）的評價沒有研究。 第一、沒有對畢業(yè)生作全面的就業(yè)能力給出評價。大部分畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)屬于學校內(nèi)的信息管理 系統(tǒng)，也有部分系統(tǒng)通過搜索引擎開放了網(wǎng)站。近年來，一些新的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)可以讓用人企業(yè)逐步參與到系統(tǒng)中來，直接挑選合適的人才。 第三、參與對象也不同。 第二、功能偏重不同?？傮w來看，各技工院校就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的主要區(qū)別在于： 第一、面向?qū)ο蟛煌Ｖ猿霈F(xiàn)如此眾多的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)，究其原因，是因為不同的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)面向的對象不同，如“潘多拉就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)”是主要面向城市再就業(yè)群體，“山東技師學院就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)”是針對應屆畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)群體。但是目前，就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)有許許多多的產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)。網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下的 就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)就是在這種背景下出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展起來的。 技工院校學生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 本節(jié)將從目前國內(nèi) 其他技工院校同類系統(tǒng) 建設的現(xiàn)狀，對比我院 學生就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的特點和現(xiàn)狀。 4. 對己發(fā)布的網(wǎng)站進行訪問信息的統(tǒng)計分析，并實現(xiàn)訪問控制、在線交流等。 2. 完善就業(yè)管理體制，將從前經(jīng)常采用的張貼通知、電話聯(lián)系等方式改進為利用校園網(wǎng)站來提供就業(yè)信息實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享，將就業(yè)管理實現(xiàn)自動的網(wǎng)絡化管理。 隨著計算機網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)在全國技工院校的普及，我們可以充分借助學院提供的良好的校園網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境、實現(xiàn)就業(yè)信息共享與管理、就業(yè)信息的發(fā)布與管理等，以便在學院內(nèi)實施良好的較完善的學生就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)且以高效、便捷的方式滿足畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)的需求。由此開發(fā)的學生就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)，旨在通過這種系統(tǒng)模式，改變傳統(tǒng)的就業(yè)管理方式，提高安排學生就業(yè)工作的工作效率和管理水平，使學校管理者、教師和學生以及企業(yè)之間可以在任何時候、任何地點通過網(wǎng)絡進行就業(yè)信息的共享與交流，為學生的就業(yè)提供方便之門。針對目前情況，我們認為可以借助一套完 整的管理系統(tǒng)在學院、畢業(yè)生、企業(yè)之間架設一道信息溝通的平臺。 尤其是隨著技工教育規(guī)模不斷的發(fā)展擴大，畢業(yè)生人數(shù)不斷增加，也帶來了技工院校職業(yè)教育發(fā)展過程中的一個重要問題，就是技校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題。如何對 學生就業(yè) 環(huán)節(jié)進行更加有效的過程監(jiān)控？如何在系統(tǒng)中實現(xiàn)？也是 學生就業(yè) 工作本身要求的核心所在 [1]。因此，對 復合型高技能 人才的 就業(yè)管理 模式進行積極的探討，就成為了本項目和本文的一項工作。 與傳統(tǒng)高校培養(yǎng)研究型人才不同的是， 技工院校 成立的初衷既是為國家目前飛速發(fā)展的 制造業(yè) 輸送急需的 高技能人才 ，以解決目前 制造 業(yè)飛速發(fā)展與人才供應匱乏的突出矛盾。本文的一個重點和創(chuàng)新之處就是要對就業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)中學校與企業(yè)以及學生三方的信息交流等問題進行了必要的探討。學生就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)就是利用這種模式來解決技工院校學生就業(yè)時信息處理、信息交流等方面的問題。作者參與了這個項目的設計工作。為了更好地為畢業(yè)生服務，各級就業(yè)主管部門（ 包括各省市的教委、各學校）陸陸續(xù)續(xù)開發(fā)自己的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)，以滿足地方特點的需要。隨著 技工 教育的不斷發(fā)展， 2020 年 國家勞動社會保障 部職業(yè)教育與成人教司組織開發(fā)了全國 技工 院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息服務平臺，該平臺作為 勞動社會保障 部職業(yè)教育與成人教司的 技工 畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信息的專屬服務平臺，其主要目的是為各技工 院校及用人單位提供信息化服務，為全國 高技能 人才提供更多的求職與求學信息服務。為了加強教育部的宏觀控制能力，早在 1991 年國家教委就組織開發(fā)了“全國高校畢業(yè)生和畢業(yè)研究生分配決策系統(tǒng)”。如何建立一個專門為畢業(yè)生就業(yè)服務的、高質(zhì)量的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)已成為各職業(yè)學校就業(yè)工作面臨的極具挑戰(zhàn)性的課題。s design with to realize is successful,has certain social value and the promoted value.
