Keywords: modern industrial design。著 名科學(xué)家楊振寧指出 :“ 21世紀(jì)將是工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的世紀(jì) ,一個(gè)不重視工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的國(guó)家將是落伍者”。自從加入 WTO以后 ,中國(guó)的農(nóng)機(jī)企業(yè)將面臨多方的壓力 ,其中最主要的壓力是來(lái)自國(guó)外的企業(yè)。第二點(diǎn)是系列產(chǎn)品品牌形象要保持統(tǒng)一。要體現(xiàn)品牌的特性要注意兩點(diǎn) :一點(diǎn)是要注 重產(chǎn)品整體要素的統(tǒng)一。很多企業(yè)忽視了這一點(diǎn)。要想實(shí)現(xiàn)其科學(xué)價(jià)值與藝術(shù)文化價(jià)值的融合 ,文化元素的如何應(yīng)用顯得尤為重要。機(jī)床造型風(fēng)格的形成受兩方面因素的影響。在追求機(jī)床的科學(xué)價(jià)值的同時(shí)追求藝術(shù)和文化價(jià)值 ,甚至將民族的個(gè)性特征融入其中。 要兼顧文化特色 產(chǎn)品語(yǔ)意學(xué)告訴我們 ,產(chǎn)品不僅僅有他的物質(zhì)功能之外 ,還體現(xiàn)了一定的文化特征。比如設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)控機(jī)床的操作空間時(shí) ,就要根據(jù)人在操作時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系來(lái)確定空間的 大小合理與否。二是要有很好的操作界面。隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展 ,社會(huì)的進(jìn)步 ,人們對(duì)產(chǎn)品的人性化要求也越來(lái)越高 ,尤其是一些關(guān)乎人們使用安全的設(shè)計(jì) — 諸如機(jī)床產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì) — 在這個(gè)方面的要求更高。他是針對(duì)功能主義設(shè)計(jì)思想的缺陷 ,提出設(shè)計(jì)不應(yīng)該以機(jī)器的功能為出發(fā)點(diǎn) ,而應(yīng)該把人作為設(shè)計(jì)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。 2)可回收性設(shè)計(jì) 可回收性設(shè)計(jì)也是綠色設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容之一 ,就是在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)初期時(shí)考慮其零件回收及再利用的可能性 ,即在其它新產(chǎn)品中可以利用使用過(guò)的或廢棄產(chǎn)品中的零部件及材料。二是易于拆卸、分離 。為了減少零件數(shù)量 ,還可使用螺釘集成結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)代替普通螺釘和墊片、防松墊圈等。例如 ,在機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)中可以用螺紋聯(lián)接來(lái)代替焊接和鉚接等。確保每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)環(huán)境的影響最小。所謂的 3R是指 :Reduce、 Recycle和 Reuse。 現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)理念的應(yīng)用 現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)理念在機(jī)床產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用主要有以下幾個(gè)方面 . 綠色設(shè)計(jì) 綠色設(shè)計(jì)源于人們對(duì)現(xiàn)代技術(shù)文化所引起的環(huán)境及生態(tài)的破壞的反思。在產(chǎn)品語(yǔ)意方面 ,要體現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)氐奈幕厣?。在設(shè)計(jì)上 ,這些主要設(shè)計(jì)理念與之相對(duì)應(yīng)分別體現(xiàn)在 :在環(huán)境方面 ,要體現(xiàn)對(duì)環(huán)
