【正文】 在有害環(huán)境下操作以保護(hù)人身平安，因而廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造、冶金、電子、輕工和原子能等部門。機(jī)械手是模擬著人手的部分動作，按給定程序、軌跡和要務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動抓取、搬運(yùn)或操作的自動機(jī)械裝置。由于通用機(jī)械手能特別快的改變工作程序，習(xí)慣性較強(qiáng)，因而它在不斷變換消費(fèi)品種的中小批量消費(fèi)中獲得廣泛的援用。機(jī)械手的構(gòu)造方式開場比擬簡單，專用性較強(qiáng)。機(jī)械手作業(yè)的準(zhǔn)確性和環(huán)境中完成作業(yè)的才能，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的開展空間。工業(yè)機(jī)械手也是工業(yè)機(jī)器人的一個重要分支。裝卸板系統(tǒng)、加熱裝置、壓機(jī)閉合開啟裝置等都為人們所理解。最早在人造板行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的熱壓機(jī)確實(shí)是多層壓機(jī)，它主要是借鑒并按照紡織工業(yè)使用的壓機(jī)改造而來，用于以紙漿來消費(fèi)最早的纖維板。本次設(shè)計(jì)在借鑒以往前人的實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)歷和部分參數(shù)構(gòu)造的前提下重點(diǎn)對其下托板的構(gòu)造進(jìn)展了可行改良設(shè)計(jì)，使用了CAD、Pro/e等工程制圖軟件對該機(jī)器進(jìn)展構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)、繪制和分析。國內(nèi)的有關(guān)單位也在抓緊時(shí)間組織必要的人力、物力、技術(shù)力量進(jìn)展連續(xù)壓機(jī)的研制工作。而近年來我國人造板行業(yè)的超快速開展也為我國熱壓機(jī)技術(shù)的開展提供了廣泛的開展空間。為保證產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量,就熱壓機(jī)而言,一方面：要求工藝上采取最正確熱壓工藝曲線和工藝參數(shù),操縱產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量；另一方面：熱壓機(jī)設(shè)備本身在構(gòu)造和功能上要滿足諸如制品的厚度公差、傳熱的均勻度等要求,確保壓制質(zhì)量量。人造板行業(yè)的開展對熱壓機(jī)消費(fèi)提出了更高的要求，而更先進(jìn)水平的熱壓機(jī)的出現(xiàn)那么又極大地促進(jìn)了人造板行業(yè)的開展。熱壓機(jī)的消費(fèi)才能決定了人造板消費(fèi)線的產(chǎn)量，而熱壓機(jī)的技術(shù)水平也在特別大程度上決定了人造板產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量 。關(guān)鍵詞： 側(cè)壓式， 熱壓機(jī) ，構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì) ，受力分析IAbstractThe multilayered hot press is the production plywood, the shaving board, building board and so on density fiberboard major installations.
