(5)借款方破產(chǎn)、歇業(yè)、解散、被停業(yè)整頓、被吊銷營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照。 The Borrower is to be or has been divided or merged。 (2)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況嚴(yán)重惡化、減少注冊(cè)資本。 The Borrower shall use and keep the Mortgaged properties in a reasonable manner， in case the value of the Mortgaged properties have been reduced by 15% from the agreed value at the date of signing this Contract， the Borrower shall inform the Lender.
