However, matters relating to ending of this Contract that Party B has SIP Labor and Social Security Bureau SIP Human Resource Department 10 lost or partially lost his/her capacity to work, hereof shall be handled in accordance with state regulations on workrelated injury insurance. ( 四 )甲方違法解除或者終止本合同,乙方要求繼續(xù)履行本合同的,甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)繼續(xù)履行;乙方不要求繼續(xù)履行本合同或者本合同不能繼續(xù) 履行的,甲方應(yīng)按規(guī)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的二倍支付乙方賠償金。 Another circumstance specified in laws or administrative statutes arises. 乙方有第七 條第( 二 )項(xiàng)第 5 點(diǎn)情形之一,合同期滿的,甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)續(xù)延乙方合同期至相應(yīng)的情形消失時(shí)終止。 Party A is declared bankrupt。 If this Contract expires or any of legal ending term appears, this Contract will be ended forthwith. 本合同因下列情形之一終止的,甲方應(yīng)當(dāng)按規(guī)定向乙方支付經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償: ( 1)除甲方維持或者提高勞動(dòng)合同約定條件續(xù)訂勞動(dòng)合同,乙 方不同意續(xù)訂的情形外,勞動(dòng)合同期滿的; ( 2)甲方被依法宣告破產(chǎn)的; ( 3)甲方被吊銷營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、責(zé)令關(guān)閉、撤銷或者甲方?jīng)Q定提前解散的; ( 4)法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。 , Party B has been working for Party A continuously for not less than 15 years and is less than 5 years away from his/her legal retirement age。 Party B has contracted an illness or sustained a nonworkrelated injury, and the set period of medical care therefore has not expired。 In any of the following circumstances, Party A may not terminate this Contract pursuant to Article 40 or Article 41 stipulated in “the Labor Contract Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC)”. Party B is engaged in operations exposing him to occupational disease hazards and has not undergone a predeparture occupational health checkup, or is suspected of having contracted an occupational disease and is being diagnosed or under medical observation。 Party A violates mandatory provisions of laws or administrative statutes, this renders the Contract invalid。 Party A uses such means as deception or coercion, or takes advantage of Party B’s difficulties, to cause Party B to conclude this Contract, or to make an amendment thereto, that is contrary to Party B’s true intent, this renders the Contract or the amendments invalid。 Party A fails to duly pay re
