(三) 終止 Ending of the Labor Contract 本合同期滿或法定終止條件出現(xiàn),本合同即行終止。 This Contract ends owing to the following circumstance, Party A shall pay economic pensation to Party B. If Party B does not demand continued performance of this Contract or if continued performance of this Contract has bee impossible, Party A shall pay damages at twice the rate of the economic pensation hereof.
