【正文】 拆卸閥體，分解清洗強制降檔控制閥，閥芯若有問題，應(yīng)更換閥體總成。如果按下開關(guān)后觸 點能閉合，說明開關(guān)安裝不當(dāng)，應(yīng)重新調(diào)整；如果按下開關(guān)觸點不閉合，說明開關(guān)損壞。在加速踏板踩到底時，強制降檔開關(guān)觸點應(yīng)閉合；松開加速踏板時，強制降檔開關(guān)觸點應(yīng)斷開。 (3)排除方法 檢查節(jié)氣門拉線、節(jié)氣門位置傳感器的安裝情況。 不能強制降檔故障的排除 (1)故障現(xiàn)象 汽車以 3 檔或超速檔行駛時，突然把加速踏板踩到底，自動變速器不能立即降低一個檔位，汽車加速無力。 (2)故障原因 鎖止電磁閥故障；鎖止控制閥故障；變矩器中鎖止離合器損壞。更換新的電控單元重新試驗，如果故障消失，說明電控單元損壞。拆檢閥體， 清洗所有控制閥。如果選檔手柄在 L位時沒有發(fā)動機制動作用，而 S 位時有發(fā)動機制動作用，說明低檔及倒檔制動器打滑。 路試檢查自動變速器有無打滑現(xiàn)象。 (2)故 障原因 選檔手柄位置調(diào)整不當(dāng)；檔位開關(guān)調(diào)整不當(dāng)； 2 檔強制制動器打滑或低檔及倒檔制動器打滑；控制發(fā)動機制動的電磁閥故障；閥體故障；自動變速器故障。 拆下自動變速器油底殼，檢查電磁閥連接線路端子情況；檢查控制系統(tǒng)各接線端子電壓。 (3)排除方法 對電控自動變速器進行故障診斷。 自動變速器頻繁跳檔故障的排除 (1)故障現(xiàn)象 汽車行駛中，自動變速器出現(xiàn)突然降檔現(xiàn)象，降檔后發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速升高，并產(chǎn)生換檔沖擊。若油壓太低，說明倒檔油路泄漏，應(yīng)拆檢自動變速器。 (3)排除方法 檢查并調(diào)整選檔手柄位置。 自動變速器無倒檔故障的排除 (1)故障現(xiàn)象 汽車在 D 檔能行駛而倒檔不能行駛。如果能升人超速檔，而升檔后車速提不高，發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速下降，說明超速行星排中直接離合器或直接單向超越離合器故障。如果能升人超速檔，并且車速正常，說明控制系統(tǒng)工作正常。 用舉升器舉起車輛 ，使四輪懸空。打開點火開關(guān)，不起動發(fā)動機，按下 O／ D 開關(guān)，超速檔電磁閥應(yīng)有接合聲音。否則檢查超速檔電路或更換超速檔開關(guān)。 檢查超速檔開關(guān)。 檢查液壓油溫度傳感器電阻值；檢查檔位開關(guān)和節(jié)氣門位置傳感器的輸出信號。 (2)故障原因 超速檔開關(guān)故障；超速電磁閥故障；超速制動器打滑；超速行星排上的直接離合器或直接單向超越離合器故障；檔位開關(guān)故障；液壓油溫度傳感器故障；節(jié)氣門位置傳感器故障； 3— 4 換檔閥卡滯。若主油路油壓和前進離合器均正常，應(yīng)拆檢前進單向超越離合器。若油壓太低 (說明主油路油壓低 )，拆檢自動變速器，更換前進檔油路上各處密封圈。 (3)排除方法 檢查調(diào)整選檔手柄位置。 自動變速器無前進檔故障的排除 (1)故障現(xiàn)象 倒檔正常，但在 D 位時不能行駛；在 D 位時汽車不能起步，在 S、 L位(或 1 位 )時可以起步。 如果調(diào)速器油壓正常，升檔緩慢的原因可能是換檔閥工作不良。將不同轉(zhuǎn)速下測得的調(diào)速器油壓與規(guī)定值比較，若油壓太低，說明調(diào)速器存在故障或調(diào)速器 油路存在泄漏。若以上調(diào)整無效，應(yīng)拆檢油壓閥或節(jié)氣門閥。 測量怠速主油 路油壓，若油壓太高，應(yīng)通過節(jié)氣門拉線或節(jié)氣門位置傳感器予以調(diào)整。采用真空式節(jié)氣門閥的自動變速器，應(yīng)檢查真空軟管是否漏氣。 (3)排除方法 電控自動變速器應(yīng)進行故障診斷。 自動變速器升檔緩慢故障的排除 (1)故障現(xiàn)象 汽車行駛中，升檔車速較高，發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速也偏高；升檔前必須松開加速踏板才能使自動變速器升入高檔。測量調(diào)速器油壓，如果車速升高后調(diào)速器油壓為 0 或很低，說明調(diào)速器有故障或漏油。 (3)排除方法 電控自動變速器應(yīng)先進行故障診斷。 自動變速器不能升檔故障的排除 (1)故障現(xiàn)象 行駛途中自動變速器只能升 1 檔，不能升 2 檔及高速檔；或可以升 2 檔，但不能升 3 檔或超速檔。此時應(yīng)對油泵和閥體進行檢修。若在倒檔和 1 檔打滑，則為低檔及倒檔制動器打滑。若在超速檔打滑，則為超速制動器故障。若不論在 D 位、 S 位的 2 檔時都打滑，則為低檔及倒檔制動器打滑。 路試檢查，若所有檔都打滑，原因出在前進離合器。 (2)故障原因 液壓油油面太低；離合器或制動器磨損嚴重；油泵磨損嚴重，主油路漏油造成主油路油壓低；單向超越離合器打滑；離合器或制動器密封圈損壞導(dǎo)致漏油；減振器活塞密封圈損壞導(dǎo)致漏油。如 果電磁閥本身有問題則應(yīng)更換；如果線路存在問題則應(yīng)修復(fù)。若無下降，說明減振器活塞卡住，應(yīng)拆檢閥體和減振器。 檢查換檔時主油路油壓。 檢測主油路油壓。 (3)排除方法 檢查發(fā)動機怠速；檢查、調(diào)整節(jié)氣 門拉線和節(jié)氣門位置傳感器；檢查真空式節(jié)氣門閥的真空軟管。If press the switch order to do not shut to match, explaining the switch damage.
