It gives me immense pleasure to wele you all to this first ever ChinaIndia Plastics Industry Summit which has been a culmination of the resolve to bring plastics industries of China and India on a mon platform for mutual benefits. culmination n. 定點(diǎn)； 完成 resolve n. （會(huì)議的）決議 我感到非常榮幸，歡迎諸位參加首屆中印塑料工業(yè)論壇。我們的主要職能呢是與他們一起呢，對(duì)整個(gè)行業(yè)呢進(jìn)行質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和認(rèn)證。 Passage 1 我們這個(gè)協(xié)會(huì)的重要的這個(gè)職責(zé)呢，就是與 British Council，在中國(guó)的名稱呢，叫做英國(guó)文化，英國(guó)領(lǐng) …… 領(lǐng)事使館文化教育處。但在同傳現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不可能有時(shí)間來(lái)細(xì)細(xì)琢磨，只能把意思傳達(dá)出去。 你們中國(guó)人有句老話，“天不怕，地不怕，就怕老外說(shuō)中國(guó)話”。相反，譯員應(yīng)努力聽(tīng)取源語(yǔ)中的詞句、信息，掌握發(fā)言人要表達(dá)的意思，并用聽(tīng)眾容易理解的表達(dá)方式表達(dá)出來(lái)，切不可斷章取義，隨意篡改。 6. 信息等值 不應(yīng)要求口譯員把原語(yǔ)發(fā)言的字、詞、句都有精確完美地譯成目的語(yǔ)，因?yàn)榭谧g員沒(méi)有大量的時(shí)間逐字逐句地推敲譯文。 (Jones, 2022:98) 仲偉合在論文 《 英漢同聲傳譯技巧與訓(xùn)練 》 中舉過(guò)一個(gè)例子： If the CIF price of produce at the munity boarder is below the guideline price as determined under the Common Market Organization, then at levy, which is not a tariff duty, is imposed. 可以簡(jiǎn)化為： If the farm produce es into the munity at a price below the official munity market price, a special agricultural levy is imposed. 如果農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入歐共體的價(jià)格低于歐共體的官方價(jià)格的話，就要征收農(nóng)業(yè)特別稅。一方面，由于知識(shí)背景和理解水平所限，普通聽(tīng)眾難以理解一些專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的發(fā)言，此時(shí)譯員需要采取一定手段，保證信息的有效傳遞。 5. 合理簡(jiǎn)約 “合理簡(jiǎn)約 (simplification)”是指在不影響源語(yǔ)信息及意義傳達(dá)的情況下，對(duì)源語(yǔ)中復(fù)雜的信息進(jìn)行一定程度的簡(jiǎn)化，通過(guò)采用簡(jiǎn)化的語(yǔ)言、解釋、歸納、概括等方法傳譯源語(yǔ)信息（仲偉合， 2022）。 How can the European Union contribute to the development of European film and television industry which is petitive in the world market, forward looking and capable of radiating the influence of European culture and of creating jobs in Europe? 歐盟如何才能為發(fā)展歐洲電影電視事業(yè)做貢獻(xiàn)呢？如何使之在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、前瞻性、并能發(fā)揮歐洲文化的影響力、以及為歐洲創(chuàng)造就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)呢？ 分析：翻譯這個(gè)長(zhǎng)句的時(shí)候，由于中文結(jié)構(gòu)不能承受很長(zhǎng)的定語(yǔ)成分 (即 ―which is…‖ 后的從句 )，只能拆分成兩個(gè)疑問(wèn)詞相同的問(wèn)句（“如何 …… 呢？”）。信息重組有多種手段，如將長(zhǎng)句切割成短句；靈活變動(dòng)從句的位置；更改詞性、語(yǔ)態(tài)。 4. 信息重組 在任何形式的翻譯中，由于語(yǔ)言差異，譯員要想忠實(shí)地將源語(yǔ)信息傳譯給聽(tīng)眾，就不可避免地要對(duì)源語(yǔ)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)上的重組 (Jones, 2022:82)，即按照目的語(yǔ)的句法結(jié)構(gòu)和語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣，重新組織源語(yǔ)信息點(diǎn)。實(shí)際上譯員對(duì)這幾樣的句子應(yīng)該形成“條件反射”。 3. 適度超前 適度超前是指同聲傳譯中的“預(yù)測(cè) (anticipation)”技能，即在發(fā)言人還未說(shuō)出某信息的情況下，譯員靠自己的語(yǔ)言能力、背景知識(shí)及臨場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)積極預(yù)測(cè)到發(fā)言人可能要講的內(nèi)容，進(jìn)行一定程度上的“超前翻譯”（仲偉合， 2022）。 分析：這句話的調(diào)整之處在“ to acquire assets and brands that make investment outside‖的翻譯上。這就需要酌情進(jìn)行調(diào)整和補(bǔ)充（仲偉合， 2022）。如英語(yǔ)中的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)狀語(yǔ)大多出現(xiàn)在句尾，而中文的習(xí)慣則是要將這些部分置于句首。兩處小改動(dòng)使譯員能瞬狙翻譯，不必費(fèi)力重組信息。 分析：句子的前兩層意思基本可以按照原語(yǔ)序翻譯，只是將介詞 “for”省略不翻更符合中文習(xí)慣。 技巧概述 1. 順句驅(qū)動(dòng) “順句驅(qū)動(dòng)”就是譯員按聽(tīng)到的源語(yǔ)句子的語(yǔ)序，將整個(gè)句子分割成意群?jiǎn)挝换蛐畔挝?，再使用恰?dāng)?shù)倪B接詞，將這些單位自然地連接起來(lái)，翻譯成目的語(yǔ)（仲偉合， 2022）。提醒自己快死了，是我所知最好的方法，避免掉入畏懼失去的陷阱里。 Passage 6 Remembering that I’ll be dead soon is the most important tool I’ve ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life.
