【正文】 Abstract: The requirements for performance measurement have renewed because of the operation of Supply Chain Management. Relative to traditional performance measurement, supply chain performance measurement focuses on the future development of the organization and emphasizes on the priorfeedback. The performance trace of the external valueadded chain bees much important.
