Post Training Meeting Immediately following the Training, the Department Head, the Training Manager and the Trainee should meet to discuss the Cross Training Assignment. Request for Training – All requests for Cross Department Training should be made by pleting the Training Request Form which must include a clear objective. It must be reiterated that the award of “Trainer of the Year” is only to be given where there has been an outstanding contribution to training.
