After the research of the concept, feature and function of enterprise information portals, which integrates the distributed information and application, puts forward a method to integrate the information and application with a threelayer structure which is based on CORBA/HTTP in EIP. At last, this paper points out that an EIP based on the sharing and exchanging of information is suitable for the present enterprises in our country.
