【正文】 陽(yáng)閣團(tuán)隊(duì) 第 II 頁(yè) 共 186 頁(yè) Abstract In this design manual, the current development of different production techniques of the dimethyl ether (DME) producing is reviewed. The location and the layout of the plant, the routes of raw materials and auxiliary materials, the process simulation, selections for device types, power supply and designs for civil engineering and other public engineering’s are described here in detail. Besides, consideration of environment protection and energy saving are also included. We have chosen the process to produce the fuel DME by means of vaporphase evaporation from meth。本設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果有望作為相關(guān)工廠設(shè)計(jì)和項(xiàng)目改造的參考和依據(jù)。 本項(xiàng)目需投資 ,在工廠進(jìn)入滿負(fù)荷之后,全年的凈利潤(rùn)將達(dá)到 億元,投資回收期為 年。本項(xiàng)目充分利用當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源,具有原料利用率高、排放廢物少、節(jié)能環(huán)保等優(yōu)勢(shì)。工藝采用氣相脫水兩步法:先用合成氣催化反應(yīng)生成甲醇,再進(jìn)行 ZSM5
