【正文】 對于我國企業(yè),實(shí)施工作研究并不斷創(chuàng)新,探索工作研究理論與信息技術(shù)的結(jié)合途徑,開發(fā)并應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工作研究系統(tǒng) (CAWS 系統(tǒng) ),成為解決我國工作研究領(lǐng)域問題和矛盾的必經(jīng)之路。因此,研制和開發(fā)一套完善通用的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工作研究系統(tǒng) (Computer Aided Work Study System 簡稱 CAWS 系統(tǒng) )是當(dāng)前我國工作研究領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵。 結(jié)論: 隨著現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,企業(yè)的規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,其基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)也越來越龐大,而且基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)更新速度明顯加快,傳統(tǒng)手工的工作研究已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的需要。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,這種枯燥繁瑣的重復(fù)性工作方式逐 漸暴露出人工設(shè)計(jì)的很多缺點(diǎn):設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間長,設(shè)計(jì)效率低;作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性差;作業(yè)文件缺少定量分析,不能有效的指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)過程。相當(dāng)數(shù)量的企業(yè)存在:作業(yè)方法缺乏科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,主要憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)和個(gè)人意愿行事;作業(yè)方法的改進(jìn)一般來源于工人自發(fā)進(jìn)行的個(gè)人行為;仍然采用粗略的經(jīng)驗(yàn)估算方法制定時(shí)間定額,時(shí)間定額標(biāo)準(zhǔn)很不統(tǒng)一等。即 EBM 的概念,考慮對環(huán)境的影響、資源利用效率和資源消耗。它要求建造一種能快速聯(lián)想知識(shí)的教育培訓(xùn)和開發(fā)不同語言直接溝通的翻譯機(jī) ,實(shí)現(xiàn)不同文化、語言員工的合作。它要求創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品與流程 /過程的設(shè)計(jì)理論、方法和工具 ,是新一代的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)原理、方法和工具。這一技術(shù)主要解決企業(yè)系統(tǒng)變換、商務(wù)流程和所有制造作業(yè)的建模、仿真和系統(tǒng)集成等有效綜合的問題。它是建立在革新了的原材料與零部件制造方法與流程基礎(chǔ)上的。它將對產(chǎn)品、制造系統(tǒng)及裝置硬軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與制造產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。它是基于基本粒子物理、生物技術(shù)、納米技術(shù)和微小型化的材料零部件生成與制造和已經(jīng)創(chuàng)新改進(jìn)了的工藝技術(shù)方法與流程的。執(zhí)行 :不可再生資源利用最小化 ,能源利用最小化 ,對空氣和水的污染最小化 ,使工作與生活環(huán)境綠色化四個(gè)判據(jù)準(zhǔn)則。工業(yè)工程 必 須 充 分 運(yùn) 用 競 爭 情 報(bào) (petitive intelligence) 、 橫 向 對 比(benchmarking)與關(guān)系學(xué) (relationship)等先進(jìn)方法及其工具。 作為一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè) ,當(dāng)代制造已經(jīng)擴(kuò)展為包括 :硬件、軟件或硬軟件的集成 ,生物技術(shù)和某些農(nóng)業(yè)綜合企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。因此,實(shí)施環(huán)境友好的制造( EBM)和低碳制造策略對于制造業(yè)是必不可少,隨著技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和經(jīng)濟(jì)效率高,資源消耗減少,可以減少對環(huán)境的污染。 制造系統(tǒng)的過程是輸入資源(材料和 能量)轉(zhuǎn)化成產(chǎn)品或半成品的過程。在本文中,我們提到一個(gè)用于生產(chǎn)過程的方法。s current work on the key areas of innovation.
