If Party A representative wish to audit records, Party B shall provide records generated from the previous day. 9 （ 5） 乙方在每月向甲方提供 一份貨物庫存明細(xì)和行政品發(fā)放明細(xì)，做到帳實相符；如甲方人員需隨時查看，乙方應(yīng)提供前一天的帳目明細(xì)。 f） If Party A violates the Agreement, Party B has the right to temporary suspend any work request that received from Party A. （ 6） 在甲方單方違約的情況下，乙方有權(quán)暫停執(zhí)行甲方所委托的業(yè)務(wù)。 Section 8． Amendment and Termination of The Agreement 第八條：合同的 變更和解除 1． During effective period of this Agreement, both parties are prohibited to modify or terminate the Agreement. If any party needs to modify or terminate the Agreement, a written notice to the other party is required days prior to the occurrence of such changes. 合同期內(nèi)任何一方不得隨意變更或解除合同，如一方需要變更或解除合同必須提前 天通知對方。 2． In the event that any Force Majeure or incident occurred that caused either party unable to practice this Agreement, it is necessary to notify the other party immediately. This notification should include detailed information of the incident and reasons. Both parties shall evaluate the incident and decide whether or not they should pletely or partially terminate this Agreement. 由于不可抗力事故致使直接影響合同的履行或者不能按約定的條件履行時，遇不可抗力的事故的一方， 應(yīng)立即將事故情況電報通知對方。并應(yīng)立即將事故情況通知對方，并提供事故詳情及合同不能履行、或者部分不能履行、或者需要延期履行的理由的相關(guān)證明，由雙方按照事故對履行合同的影響程度協(xié)調(diào)解決是解除合同，或者部分免除履行合同的責(zé)任，或者延期履行合同。 3． If there is a disagreement between two parties during the term of the agreement, negotiation should be taken place by both parties. If the further agreement can’t be reached by negotiation, either party has the right to file plaint with the Arbitrate Committee of Industrial and Business Contract or the Court for conciliation or arbitration. 本合同在履行時如發(fā)生爭議，雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成時，任何一方均可向工商經(jīng) 濟合同仲裁委員會申請調(diào)解或仲裁，也可向人民法院起訴。 10 Section 9． Miscellaneous 第九條： 其他 1． For any other items that are not covered with this Agreement, the two parties can negotiate it later. All of the attachments of this Agreement have been agreed upon by both parties and should be treated as part of this Agreement. 其他未盡事宜 ,雙方另行協(xié)商，達(dá)成的協(xié)議作為本合同的附件，附件與本合同具有同等法律效力。 2． IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract in duplicate by their duly authorized representatives on the date first above written.
