【正文】 簧上荷重及地面經(jīng)車輪、車架或承載式車身經(jīng)懸架給予的各種力及其力矩，而且還專遞傳動(dòng)系中的最大扭矩。而轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋作為汽車上常見(jiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式， 其質(zhì)量水平直接決定著整車的檔次 ，因此顯得尤為重要。本次我設(shè)計(jì)和分析 SUES06 輕型越野車轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋 。 首先我對(duì)汽車車橋 做了 介紹，包括車橋的分類、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等等。接下來(lái)介紹了一款于本設(shè)計(jì)相異的東風(fēng)車的轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。通過(guò)仿造 BJ2020 吉普車的轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋，對(duì)SUES06 轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)其重要參數(shù)進(jìn)行解釋，完成 球叉式萬(wàn)向節(jié)的計(jì)算 過(guò)程。 接下來(lái) 運(yùn)用 三維軟件 UG 的實(shí)體建模 模塊對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的零件如 轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)球形支撐總成 、 轉(zhuǎn)向節(jié)球關(guān)節(jié) 等進(jìn)行建模，然后運(yùn)用 UG 軟件的裝配模塊將零件裝配起來(lái)，完成 SUES06 轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋總成的裝配。 接著運(yùn)用 UG 的有限元模塊對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的典型零件如萬(wàn)向節(jié)進(jìn)行有限元分析。 evaluat ion of scient if ic developm ent .
