However, with the aging of the rural population, and the reason that more and more young labor force transfer to other industry , the traditional manual plant is laborintensive and low efficiency, therefore, the development of mechanized transplanting is imminent. Geographical conditions are not the same in all regions of our country, so the requirements for spacing between rice plants are not the same. But the row spacing of the highspeed rice transplanter used on the current domestic production is fixed, in order to ensure different rice varieties being able to grow at a suitable spacing, and improve planting ability for maximum rice production, an adjustable highspeed rice transplanter is needed. Seeding feeder mechanism is the core institution of highspeed transplanter, which can adjust the width of planting, based on that, we can design an highspeed rice transplanter with seeding feeder mechanism. Based on the main machine, optimization to the structure of seeding feeder mechanism was discussed in this paper. Besides, we found that by optimizing the parameter, the wearability and practicability of the screw shaft and other parts were enhanced. In accordance with the adjustable row transplanter and requirements of highspeed performance, we put forward the overall design, the detailed design of the main parts, and check to ensure that the design is reasonable.
