【正文】 mplementation effects shall be one of important elements for management review. 持續(xù)改進的思想和體系應(yīng)貫穿在本公司組織內(nèi)部； The continuous improvement philosophy and system shall imperate AICQ’s internal anization. 在持續(xù)改進系統(tǒng)中，成本或價格因素應(yīng)成為關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)； In continuous improvement system, the cost or price factor shall be regarded as the key indices. 被定義為不合格（或不符合）的特性或過程能力，運行能力不可接受的過程需要采取糾正措施，而不是持續(xù)改進； For the characteristics or process capability defined as unacceptable (or nonconforming) and the process with unacceptable operation capability, it is needed to take corrective actions in stead of continuous improvements. 持續(xù)改進計劃執(zhí)行完畢后，質(zhì)量部應(yīng)將已完成的計劃登記于“持續(xù)改進總覽表”中； After pleting the execution of continuous improvement plan, the Quality Department shall record the pleted plan in the “General List of Continuous Improvement Plan”. “持續(xù)改進計劃”及總覽表由質(zhì)量部負(fù)責(zé)保存，保存期限三年。相關(guān)分析、研究資料由有關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)保存，保存期限為計劃執(zhí)行完畢后再加一個日歷年； The Continuous Improvement Plan and its General List are to be retained by the Quality Department for a period of 3 years.
