【導(dǎo)讀】適用于本公司產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)/開發(fā)的策劃、輸入、輸出、評(píng)審、驗(yàn)證及確認(rèn)。并任命橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。技術(shù)工程部經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)工作并負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行控制。b.開發(fā)和評(píng)審設(shè)計(jì)失效模式及后果分析。c.制定措施優(yōu)先減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大的潛在失效模式。e.確定關(guān)鍵特性和特殊特性。g.工程圖樣、工程規(guī)范、材料規(guī)范。間表，并和該項(xiàng)目的《APQP進(jìn)度計(jì)劃》一致。該計(jì)劃也可體現(xiàn)在《APQP進(jìn)度計(jì)劃》中。計(jì)劃應(yīng)包括開發(fā)階段工作任務(wù)、責(zé)任人員、進(jìn)度要求等內(nèi)容。在實(shí)施中若需要對(duì)計(jì)劃內(nèi)容進(jìn)行修改，應(yīng)由設(shè)計(jì)小組組長(zhǎng)提出申請(qǐng)，按定批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施。
【正文】 . 完成產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，轉(zhuǎn)入并實(shí)施《產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量先期策劃控制程序》下一階段工作。 Complete product development, and e to the next step of implementing APQP Control Procedure. 重新組織產(chǎn)品 開發(fā)過程，按照結(jié)論進(jìn)行相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)工作。 Rearrange product development process, and conduct relevant design according the conclusion. 設(shè)計(jì)更改管理 Design change management 設(shè)計(jì)更改理由： Reasons for design change: a) 設(shè)計(jì)缺陷影響產(chǎn)品功能或互換性； Design failure affects product function or exchangeability。 b) 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)范的變更； Standard or specifications change。 c) 設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審、設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證和設(shè)計(jì)確認(rèn)發(fā)現(xiàn)的不符合項(xiàng)； Nonconformities found in design audit, design validation and design confirmation。 d) 顧客或供方要求更改； Customer or suppliers change their requirements。 e) 產(chǎn)品特性提高； Product characteristics are improved。 f) 其他原因。 Other reasons 設(shè)計(jì)更改由設(shè)計(jì)人員填寫《產(chǎn)品更改單》，申請(qǐng)單中須注明對(duì)顧客裝配過程及顧客使用的影響，經(jīng)工程技術(shù)部經(jīng)理審核、總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施。設(shè)計(jì)更改如果是重大變更，還需進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。 For design change, engineer shall fill in Product Change Form, on which effects resulted to customers in the course of assembly and use should be clearly stated. With engineering manager’s review and General Manager’s approval, design change can be put into practice. If the design change is great, it is essential to make design review and test to validate it. 顧客沒有放棄批準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)更改時(shí)，設(shè)計(jì)更改（包括由分承包方提出的更改），在生產(chǎn)實(shí)施之前必須由工程技術(shù)部報(bào)顧客進(jìn)行書面批準(zhǔn)。 When customers don’t give up approving of design change, the design change (including the changes raised by suppliers) must be passed to customers by engineering department for written approval before it is applied in production. 對(duì)有專有權(quán)的設(shè)計(jì)更改，設(shè)計(jì)小組組長(zhǎng)必須與顧客共同確定其對(duì)外形、裝配、功能、性能和 /或耐久性的影響，并記錄于《產(chǎn)品更改單》中。 For design changes which have specific ownership, design team leader must together with customers identify the appearance, assembly, function, performance and/or durability, and keep record in Product Change Form. 設(shè)計(jì)文件更改的程序、更改文件的管理、與顧客簽約開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品及產(chǎn)品資料的保密管理按照《技術(shù)文件管理規(guī)定》執(zhí)行。 Design document change procedure, change document management, product developed by signing contract with customers and confidential management of product data should be carried out according to Technical Document Management Regulations. 保密 Keep Confidential 當(dāng)合同有要求時(shí)確保與顧客簽訂開發(fā)產(chǎn)品及有關(guān)產(chǎn)品的信息的保密。對(duì)于顧客提供的技術(shù)文件和公司的技術(shù)文件 ,公司任一位員工，都不得向第三方透露。 It must be ensured that relevant information in the contract with customers about product development and product should be kept confidential.
